Version 2.2LatestReleased on
Repairflow 2.2: a new face for your customers, and smarter pricing
Tracking page, customer portal, signing and paying in the style of the app, margins as a fixed amount per unit, price rounding on the price incl. VAT and a repair menu with the devices of 2026.
Customer portal and tracking page
Everything your customer sees of Repairflow has a new look in the same style as the app: the tracking page, the customer portal, signing a job ticket, the payment page of an invoice and signing in.
Your shop is at the top, with your logo. If you have not set a logo, only your shop name is shown.
The tracking page, the signing page and the payment page show your address and opening hours, including whether you are open right now. Your customer knows straight away when to come by.
On the tracking page your customer sees the progress of the repair in steps, the updates you share, the costs and the photos.
The payment page shows the real logos of the Mollie payment methods, and a clear message when a payment link is no longer valid.
The chatbot on the customer pages is gone. Your customer contacts your shop, as it should be. The help chat inside the app stays.
Wholesale and pricing
Under Settings, Wholesale you choose per margin whether it is a percentage or a fixed amount per unit, excluding VAT. This applies to the default margin and to every category margin.
For a category margin you pick the category from a list with your own product categories and those of the wholesaler. If you type a name that appears in neither, the app warns you that the margin will never be used.
Price rounding (to .95, to .50 or to a whole amount) now works on the price including VAT, the price your customer sees. A product at € 59.95 stays € 59.95.
When you work out a price on a repair from a margin, the app rounds it the way you set it under Wholesale. A price you type yourself stays exactly as typed.
Repair menu and online booking
The device list in the repair menu is up to date through October 2026, with the iPhone 17e, the Galaxy S26 series, the Pixel 10a and the latest Xiaomi, Redmi, Poco and Oppo models, among others.
New brands: Motorola, Nothing, Fairphone, Huawei and Honor, plus iPads, Galaxy Tabs, the Apple Watch and MacBooks.
The menu only lists devices sold in the Netherlands or the EU.
When importing, the app only offers repairs that fit the kind of device. Watches and laptops get new repair types, such as Crown / button repair, Keyboard replacement, Trackpad replacement, Logic board repair and SSD replacement / data recovery.
The booking page now also shows the logos of Motorola, Fairphone, Huawei and Honor.
A repair priced from a product rounds its total like your price rounding, in the repair menu and on the booking page.
Point of sale
A repair from your repair menu priced from a product gets the same price at the till as on the booking page, including your default labour surcharge.
Repairs
The bar with Save at the bottom of a repair now floats as a card above the bottom edge and always stays in view.
Activity log
When Repairflow support has done something for your shop, it shows in your activity log with a clear description and the reason.
Version 2.1Released on
Repairflow 2.1: ready for pickup, and the history of every repair
A separate status for a device that is ready, a Point of sale that completes a repair itself, a History tab per repair and the choice to ask first or email the customer.
Repairs
Two statuses have a clear meaning now: Ready for pickup means the repair is finished and the device is on the shelf, Completed that the device has been handed back to the customer.
On the board and in the status choice the statuses appear in the order Pending, In progress, On hold, Waiting for parts, Ready for pickup, Completed, Cancelled.
The status Waiting for customer is now called Ready for pickup. From this version on, customers see such repairs as Ready for pickup in the Customer portal and on the tracking page. If you have repairs on Waiting for customer because you are still waiting for the customer, put them On hold before you carry on.
On hold is meant for a repair you pick up again later, for example when you are waiting for the customer’s approval. There is no separate status for approval.
Ready for pickup and Completed work together: when a repair enters either one from a work status, the parts are deducted and the payment draft is ready. You can take payment in both.
Every repair has a History tab: status changes, edits, costs, notes, photos, payments and every email to the customer with its result, by day and with filters.
At the top of the repair you see the last email to the customer. A click opens the history with only the emails.
Point of sale
When you take payment for a repair that is ready for pickup, the Point of sale sets it to Completed itself as soon as the receipt or invoice is recorded, also for an invoice on account. The confirmation after payment says so.
The repair picker shows both Ready for pickup and Completed among the ready repairs, with the status name next to each.
Emails
The email that the device is ready for pickup goes out only on Ready for pickup. Completed sends no email.
Under Settings, Emails you choose for that email between Ask first (default) and Send automatically. With Ask first the app asks at the status change whether to email the customer.
If you choose the status a repair already has, no second email goes to the customer any more.
The status update email names the statuses in the language of the email.
The review request counts the configured days from Completed, so from the moment the customer has the device.
Customer portal
Your customer sees Ready for pickup as soon as the device is ready, and Completed once it has been collected, in the Customer portal and on the tracking page.
Version 2.0Released on
Repairflow 2.0: the same app, with a fresh look
A new look for every screen, a calmer dashboard, the point of sale inside the same shell and payment reminders for open invoices.
Everywhere
A new look for colours, type, buttons, tables and drawers. The screens, their order and the keyboard shortcuts stayed the same, so there is nothing to relearn.
Dark mode on every screen, chosen under your avatar at the top right: automatic, light or dark.
The sidebar on the left is grouped into Manage, Sales, Inventory and Insight. On the point-of-sale pages it narrows to icons only.
The shop row at the bottom left opens the shop menu: shop settings, team, subscription and billing, online booking and the activity log. The Settings row in the sidebar is gone as a result.
The avatar menu at the top right is about you only: language, theme, My profile and sign out.
The question mark at the top right gives you the Knowledge base and Help. The search field at the top of the sidebar searches everything, also with Ctrl or ⌘ K.
Dashboard
Needs attention sits wide on the left; Today, Active tasks and Insights sit on the right.
Below that, one card with revenue and the number of repairs over time, with the totals underneath. The revenue line uses the brand colour.
Repairs
A double click on a row opens the repair. Enter on a cell does the same.
The reference code is shown in the # column, on the kanban card and in the dialogs for notes and access codes.
The kanban card shows the customer’s phone number.
The Add and edit repair page uses the full width. If you leave a tab with unsaved changes, the app asks first.
Point of sale
All point-of-sale screens sit inside the same shell as the rest of the app, with the register status at the top.
Clear at the till also empties the draft on the server, and a cashier can delete their own draft.
The default quick picks are in the shop’s language.
Invoices
Payment reminders in three levels: manual, prepared for your check, or automatic at nine o’clock shop time.
At the third level you can announce collection costs under the Dutch collection costs act, and an invoice can be paused or marked as disputed.
Every invoice has a file with the letters sent, notes and arrangements, also as a PDF.
The invoice list has an Overdue filter and a Last reminder column.
Calendar
Tasks are purple, so they no longer look like a repair in progress.
The choice between day, week and month sits above the calendar.
An employee gets a personal notification for a new or changed shift or leave.
Team and profile
An employee manages their own name, phone number and password under My profile.
The Display device tab is available to managers too. Refresh token disconnects every tablet at once.
Settings
A fixed navigation on the left, with save per tab.
If a tab could not load, you see an error with a Try again button instead of an empty form.
Price fields on requests and repairs accept a decimal comma.
Notifications
In-app notifications and the calendar feed are in the shop’s language.
