Repairflow was born at Alatas, a repair shop that was fed up with separate tools.
Repairs in a spreadsheet, a till from another supplier, invoices in an accounting package and customers calling to ask whether their phone is ready yet. Retyping the same things every day.
So we built it ourselves. One system in which a repair lands on the receipt, a part leaves the inventory and a customer can follow along. Every feature in Repairflow exists because we missed it at the counter.
We use Repairflow ourselves, every day. Whatever does not work, we notice first. Whatever we need, you get too.
