Receipts, invoices and day totals from the same system as your repairs.

A point of sale for the repair shop. Card, cash or on account, with a payment link and QR on the invoice and a register shift that adds up.

The Repairflow point of sale is built for the repair shop. A repair that is ready is already on the receipt. A part you sell leaves the inventory. And an invoice that stays open reminds itself.

What you do with it

Settle in three keys

Scan a product, choose a quick pick or link a repair. Card settles at once, cash rounds to five cents and shows the change. A business customer automatically gets an invoice.

Invoices with a payment link

An invoice on account goes out by email with a PDF and a "Pay now" button. Through your own Mollie account the customer pays with iDEAL; the payment is booked automatically. The PDF carries the same link as a QR code.

Day totals that add up

Open the shift with an opening float, count the drawer at the end and see the difference. From cash to bank and back is listed too. The report for your accountant comes as PDF or CSV.

Quotes, credit notes and inventory

A quote becomes a receipt with one click. A return is a credit note with its own numbering. Every sale updates the inventory, including parts that were already on a repair.

Revenue report

Per day, week, month, quarter or year. Revenue per VAT rate, per payment method and per group, with open items at the edges of the period.

How it works

  1. Open the shift

Enter the opening float. Repairflow remembers what you set aside yesterday.

  2. Sell and settle

Products, repairs and services on one receipt. Card, cash, split or on account.

  3. Close

Count the drawer, check the difference and send the day report to your accountant.

Works together with
