Subscriptions, reminders and a collection file, without an extra package.
Recurring invoices for business customers, payment reminders in line with the law and a revenue report for your accountant.
Invoicing belongs with the point of sale, not in a separate package. Repairflow creates the invoice, reminds the customer and keeps the file, so all you have to do is decide.
What you do with it
Subscriptions for business customers
A maintenance contract or a fixed monthly price is invoiced per period. Repairflow prepares the invoice; you check and send. In advance or in arrears, per month, quarter, half year or year.
Reminders in line with the Dutch collection-costs act
Three reminders on fixed days after the due date, with your own text. The third announces the statutory collection costs, calculated on the legal scale. By hand, prepared for you, or automatically at nine in the morning.
A file that holds up
Every letter sent, every phone call and every arrangement is in the invoice's file and can no longer be changed. One PDF with everything in it for the collection agency or the court.
Emails in your own branding
Sixteen email templates, from repair confirmation to payment reminder, with your logo, details and reply address. Dutch or English per shop.
How it works

Send the invoice
From the point of sale, with PDF and payment link. Or per period from a subscription.
-
Let Repairflow send the reminders
On day 3, 14 and 28 a reminder goes out. Put a customer you are in talks with on hold.
-
Close or hand over
Paid is paid. If not, the file goes to the collection agency as one PDF.
