Frequently asked questions
Can I switch from my current system?
Yes. Ongoing repairs are entered in an afternoon; for your customers and products we help with the transfer. Email us before you start and we plan it together.
Is my data mine?
Yes. Receipts, invoices, quotes and the revenue report can be downloaded as PDF at any time; the revenue report also as CSV. If you cancel, you can ask support for a full export of your data.
Does it work with my accountant?
The revenue report gives revenue per VAT rate, per payment method and per group, as PDF or CSV. Invoices and credit notes have continuous numbering per year.
Do I need an iPad?
No. An iPad at the counter is handy for signatures and photos at pickup, but everything works without one. The signature can then go through a link in an email.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. A monthly subscription is cancelled per month, a yearly one per year. The 14-day trial ends by itself; you do not have to enter a credit card.
